Howard,
Try NOT $GROUPS$ LIKE "%Infrastructure Change Master%" in the Run If of the
filter
Should do the trick but it can get complicated if there are more groups you
need to isolate. You would be adding another AND NOT $GROUPS$ LIKE
"%groupname%" for additional groups.

Subject: Re: How to turn off/on filters or links depending upon the role of a
user?

**

Good morning all,

I have been stepping back into the world of programming (ok no laughter) and
have a question. I need to disable or enable filters or links depending upon
the role of the users and trying to figure out how.

For example lets say I have a filter that I want to fire for all users, unless
that user was the "Infrastructure Change Master".

Any ideas?

As always thanks and take care,

Howard
