Dears, i need help as i have an issue when any approvers cancel his approval but in certain cases
we have only one approval phase in the review phase, and the process is (draft ==> request for authorization ==> scheduled if approved ==> reject if rejected) the scenarios as follows: defined approval cycle for category x in 3 levels, level 1 has two approval called p1 & p2, level 2 has one approval called p3, level 9 has two approvers as CAB called p4 & p5 1- when the approval cycle start if the p1 cancelled his approval and p2 still pending every thing is OK and the approval cycle completes to the end 2- if p1 approved then p2 cancelled his approval the change status moves to scheduled without completing the approval cycle 3- if the p3 canceled his approval the change moves to schedule 4- if we add manual approver called p6 to the p3 and p3 canceled when p6 is pending then the change will complete the approval cycle normally conclusion if there is one pending approval and cancelled his approval the change didn't complete the approval cycle and the status moves to schedule ARS 7.1 Patch 4 ITSM 7.3 OS windows DB SQL 2005 -- BR, Hany _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org attend wwrug10 www.wwrug.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"
