As mentioned, the H table has two columns for each status you have, one for
time, one for user
B tables are B<schemaID><fieldID> if I remember correctly...they contain the
compressed data that was added to the attachment field with that ID on that
form.

truncate the table and them implement purging for the form.  Thinking we can

I don't want to do this and have some other dependent forms start having
issues because of this action.
