Cambridge Communication Systems, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Remedy ITSM version 7.x Developer to work as a subcontractor to SAIC on the J6 contract at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. This position will require frequent OCONUS trips which will be staggered throughout the year. Places may include Qatar, Bahrain, Djibouti, Iraq and Afghanistan.
Remedy Developer: Develop the ITSM version 7.x architecture which is comprised of 4 applications: Service Desk, Change, Asset, and Service Level Management, all sharing a Configuration Management Database and Definitive Software Library which sits under the Theater Networking Monitoring Application suite. Configures integration with other applications such as Net Cool. Maintains antivirus (Hercules, VMA, RetinaScan, patches, hardware/software, maintenance, and backups. Coordinates with theater components/sites to ensure all foundational data is synchronized correctly in the distributed architecture Cambridge designs, implements, and operates communication solutions across the United States and around the world.
