Crystal Reports standard edition is what you might be looking for which
doesn't have fancy stuff like scheduling, web reporting etc..

Subject: Crystal with ITSM 7.6

Hi everyone,

I'm running ITSM 7.6 on windows servers and my client doesn't have a crystal
server. I've been tasked with telling them what the minimum is that they
should consider budgeting for next time. They would like to be able to use
the canned reports built into the suite, but only have a few people who
would... probably 5 or less. They might build a few more to tack on around
the edges, but no more than a couple of report developers would need to get
involved.

So, what do I tell them to buy when it comes to software products and
licenses?

(I'm not concerned about hardware. That I think they have covered. It is a
small shop here, so we wouldn't do anything fancy.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!
