Hello, You need to post the stdout/fiddler logs online somewhere as there's probably not enough information there to resolve the issue. The MT uses a 'special' account to authenticate with AR System (setup through the "Midtier password"), but the MT shouldn't do very much if this was wrong. Therefore, if you can use the Midtier normally and not perform this operation, it's a rather puzzling problem.
