You are welcome.
If you need to recreate this for whatever reasons, make sure you create it
as a multi reg key, and that you use regedt32 as a registry editor. Using
regedit, will fail. Multi Reg keys cannot be created using regedit (at least
for older versions of windows - I'm not sure about the newest ones..)
And while creating this key, when you enter the dependent service name in
the key value, make sure you enter a carriage return after the key name.
Without the carriage return, the dependency will not work. A restart of a
machine is in order when this key is created as without a restart the
dependency will not be established.

Try removing the dependency from the registry. There will be a key
called DependOnService on the Remedy AR System Server key, that you would
need to manually delete..

or
Register-With-Portmapper: F

** My guess would be that portmapper is a separate process from
arserver and that the flag just instructs arserver not utilize portmapper
but does not prevent portmapper from starting. Disable portmapper as a
service and restart arserver.

Hello All,
According to documentation if there is a need to start ARS without
"AR System Portmapper" in the ar.cfg file must exist:
Register-With-Portmapper: F
After restart we get
Can you help me with a sugestion?
