As I recall, it seemed to do ok as long as there weren't too many (read: ITSM 7) data elements. That points to a memory/resource issue, possibly involving Java resources. Since it's a 32 bit app., I don't think any tweaks will allow it to run against the load ITSM 7.x would throw at it, though. You'll be better off using one of the other non-BMC tools.
