Also, it would be in your best interests to upgrade/migrate to a later version of AR System and ITSM. AR System Version 7.0.01 will become unsupported with the release of AR System 7.6.03 later this year. It would certainly be a shame to put a lot of effort into the upgrade/migration and then be back into the same situation you are in now with an unsupported version of the products.
