Koray, Not sure if this is the same issue as we are on 7.0 at the moment, but we cannot export import workflow with new line character in them. On import, the new line is replaced with just a simple space. Support said it was an issue when running on the MS SQL database and that it is/will be resolved in 7.5 The workaround we use is that we set a new line character to a temporary field (this seems to work OK) and then use the temp field in the REPLACE function.
