Typically no notification is sent in r7.1 on a status change unless the
change is to resolve or Cancel the case. 

 

Check out that you have a defined active Customer Receipt
Notification-this should be produced unless its turned off  somewhere.

    We are using AR System 7.1. The problem is .......

 

   " Email notifications are not sent when new incident is raised or
change the status". 

     Is this due to high AR System email Massages.

     

      Please suggest why this problem occurs.
