Classification: UNCLASSIFIED Caveats: FOUO Not knowing much about the data you are using, try writing a "Suppress" formula for rows that have no data. There is also a report option for suppressing records that have no data. Then they won't be exported.
It might also be your group headers/footers, which can/should be suppressed, but again, I don't have much detail on how your report is formatted. When exporting the report to excel I get extra rows before the each sub report. Does anybody know how to get rid off those extra rows so as to get a uniform clean excel report. Thanks, Raj ________________________________________________________________________ _______ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org attend wwrug10 www.wwrug.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" Classification: UNCLASSIFIED Caveats: FOUO _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org attend wwrug10 www.wwrug.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"
