Dear List, Some time ago our Remedy sales rep told us that we were entitled to one AR User Floating license on our test server system. So I went into "Add or Remove License" and increased the number of floating licenses from 0 to 1.
Now when I go to "Add or Remove License" the only license listed is that one Floating license. No Server or Fixed licenses. In our live/production system we can see all the licenses. If I go to "Server Information/Licenses" I see the Server and Fixed licenses listed, so they haven't disappeared. I tried setting the number of Floating licenses back to 0 and logging in again, but no change. Any idea what is wrong?
