Hello:

Remedy AR System version 7.1.x provided the web service
(HPD_IncidentInterface_Create_WS) to insert the Incident record into
HPD_Help_Desk form. This web service contain the method
(HelpDesk_Submit_Service). How to call that method from ASP.NET (using C#)?

HelpDesk_Submit_Service ( HelpDesk_Submit_Service As CreateInputMap ) As
CreateOutputMap

What type of ASP.NET object should be the input parameter for this method.

If you have done similar work please share your experience please.

thank you very much and I appreciate your help in advance.

Mahi

You might as well build another box now for the mid-tier.  You will
need it for when the User Tool goes away.
