Thanks! Trying to find this has been like hitting yourself over the
head with a hammer - it feels really good when you stop.

William,

I just downloaded this today. This is what you want (obviously
selecting Linux and continuing):

        It's been a long day.... :)

Anyway, I am trying to find the correct Java for Remedy ARS 7.5
patch 005 on Linux.

Sounds easy, right? The compatability matrix (which is looking
a bit non-matrix-y lately) says I need JDK 1.5.0_12 or higher.

        Every download I find at java.sun.com <http://java.sun.com/>
includes the "Glassfish" application server and that keeps trying to
install when I put them in. I can no longer find the "standard" 32-bit
java JDK I actually need.

If anyone has a helpful link bookmarked for that product please
send it my way.
