Asking DDE questions at this point is pointless. DDE does not work in browsers so any DDE-related development simply will not work in Remedy 8x and above. Enough people are using the mid-tiers and browsers now that I can't see any wide-scale usage of DDE like there used to be back in the Windows client + screen pop days.
