Interesting fix to this issue. I had to export the Asset Management
application from my development server and import it onto my QA server
(environment with the problem) to resolve this. I do not understand why
importing the backup of AST:PurchaseRequisition which was taken from the
QA server prior to migrating the Dev form did not resolve this license
error.
Has anyone else seen this type of reaction when importing individual
application forms?

I think I have a corrupt form but would like some input and ideas on
solving this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I try to open the Purchasing Console I am receiving
"The license information provided for this form does not match that in
owning application : AST:PurchaseRequisition (ARERR 9859)
The application is not licensed : Remedy Asset Management (ARERR 9858)"

The application is licensed and I can access Asset Management Console
without any issues. I have so far deleted the Asset Management License
and restarted AR then assigned a new application license and restarted
AR. Same error returns. This response can be duplicated with other users
as well.
