Hello Listers,

I don't know if anyone have came across this issue.
Whenever I try to Create / View support group from Standard Configuration
tab or using 'CTM:Support Group' form system takes a lot of time.
But same is not true for other activities. For rest of the activities it
behaves normally.
I've checked all the logs but I found no error.
If anyone have came across this then please let me know the possible issues
the system might have.

AR 7.5 P 4,
ITSM 7.6,
Oracle 10g,
Windows 2k3
