Good day fellow listers! I have a quick question for everyone. While I understand the purpose of DSO, I have never actually used it.
If there are 2 system, one is ars 6.3 and the other is 7.5. Is there any reason that a DSO link could not be set up between the 2 systems (given the fact that there are field differences in the 2 setups). The desired affect is to allow tickets created on the 7.5 system to also show up on the 6.3 (and vice-versa). Warren -- Warren R.
