Dev Studio in AR System 7.6.03 (the next version scheduled for AR System - tentatively targeted for late Summer 2010) will have much of what was previously distributed with Remedy Developer Plus and the Master AR Suite (MARS). The goal for Dev Studio was to consolidate BMC provided tools and not necessarily to attempt a replication of partner solutions like Abydos Analyser. While there will, of course, be overlap, I'm sure you will find some feature in Analyser not present in Dev Studio and vice versa.
If you'd like to see for yourself what is in AR System 7.6.03, the simplest thing to do is to sign up for the beta which is now going on and try the code out.
