Good afternoon, We are working on building requirements for an asset management project. It looks like a lot of what we are going to need to focus on is less about true asset management, and more about the budgeting aspects of paying maintenance. We already use Asset Management to track contracts, licenses, etc., but we are going to need the ability to do budget forecasting and such, which doesn't seem to exist in any of the OOtB applications. I know we can build something in ARS to tie in to the Asset Management data to do this, but I wanted to see if anyone here knows of a tool that is already out there that integrates with ITSM data for this purpose.
