Dell Federal Systems Contract supporting Dept. of Transportation Washington, DC Contract 3/15/10 – 9/30/10 US Citizen/Clearable to Public Trust (Will have to pass Credit/Criminal/Drug Test BI with Kforce) Competitive compensation package The details of the individual we are looking for is as follows: Initially responsible for the installation and configuration of Remedy 7.6 ITSM suite. This will be followed by the ongoing support for the Remedy 7.6 ITSM suite to include, monitoring and tuning of the system to achieve optimum performance levels. Undertake day-to-day administration duties. BMC Remedy 7 ITSM experience a must in the following areas of the suite: Service Desk Change Management Service Request Management Atrium Asset Management Atrium CMDB BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) Qualifications: • At least 5 years of software engineering, development and implementation experience with one or more IT infrastructure scanning technologies in a heterogeneous environment. Working knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and database management systems is required • Computer Science or Systems Engineering degree (BS, at a minimum)
