Sounds like it might be having trouble with the requestID? Did you double check your "Duplicates" and "Data Handling" settings?
In 7.5 those can be set per mapping and I've noticed that new mappings don't always pick up the system defaults correctly. The per-mapping settings are easy to miss, they are on a tab that is down at the bottom left. You might also be able to get more info on the failures by tweaking the "Error Handling: Bad records" setting.
