We received some GREAT papers from vendors, customers, consultants, and of course BMC. Lots of the things that I hear and deal with every day and see here on the list. Like how to save time developing, troubleshooting, and documenting applications both OOB and Custom. Tools to help with SRM, ITSM, ADDM, CMDB and data both loading and transferring, AR System in the Cloud, the new Full Text Search with 7.6. Normalization, creating a training environment, the new Overlay feature in AR System, Improving Security Management, tuning the mid-tier for high performance, troubleshooting performance issues, optimization, server groups, plug-ins and ad-hoc web reporting for AR System 7.6.03 as well as what's new with our beloved AR System (now 7.6.03 can you believe it! - I remember 1.2.4) and ITSM 7.6.03. Also some great topics on the richer UI capabilities in AR System, accelerated development with Dev Studio, Knowledge Management, Localizations, Mobilization, Content Management, Collaboration, and Archiving. All in all, lots of terrific things to see and hear this time, and just when I was wondering how we were going to top last year! Not to worry, this is just the session material and we aren't even talking about the Tutorial Sessions or the new Executive Track (for your manager who wouldn't understand anyway, but wants to go to WWRUG!)
