syncornization puts the asset information into the cmdb pot for reconciliation, but there will be not alot of data unless you have a token, if you cannot come up with enough data to give you this token, it normally does not put the data into the cmdb. You would have to modify it. If you manually put in data your system cannot find (which is a cause for concern! Firewalls? permissions? subnet issues? routing?) they system will not synchronize something it does not have.
