Hi All, I have created precedence values were Asset takes higher precedence over TOPO, with some exceptions based upon a list of field attributes. I configured it this way until we can clean up our BMC.ASSET because another developer imported critical data that we need directly imported into BMC.ASSET. For some reason, although I set a higher precedence value for the status date in TOPO, the status is not being updated during the merge job. i.e. Topo status value = 500 Asset status value = 100 The merge job should display the status value from TOPO. Instead, I am seeing the status value for Asset. Oddly this is happening only to the status, capability, mark as deleted, and primary capability fields. Everything else works. What could cause this. BMC support has not been able to figure it out either.
