Amanullah, Have you created the custom classes for Scanner & Telephone? If not then you need to create the custom classes for these CIs in CMDB. Then use the asset2cmdb utility to have the asset forms for these classes. While using the asset2cmdb utility you need to check "Has Asset UI" to Yes which will provide you the menu values as required for AST:Scanner & AST:Telephone entries in the utility which is acessed from the Schema Names form.
