Hello listers, I need to allow a support group to modify only a certain set of attributes. So I add a new role (with -60000) and reSet the necessary attributes to include -60000 role for change permission using CMDBDriver tool. After that I add this support group to this new role.
I assign a user to this support group but when this user attempt to modify one of those attributes an error message informing that user does not have a write permit to those fields is displayed. What am I missing? This user is also a member of Asset User group and is having write license. Any suggestions - please?
