Hi guys, Resurecting this email (yes I have been subscribed for that long!).
Once upon a time, (< ITSM 5 - 6) there was a OOTB report that contained all the details of all SLAs configured (see http://img85.imageshack.us/img85/7411/slareportsample2.jpg) but this seemed to disappear with ITSM 7+. Has anyone been able to create a crystal/BO report to provide the same info? or anyone know whether BMC are looking at reintroducing this report? It was truly a great report to have. Thanks!
