Thanks for your responses. It works for me now. Had to call the dataimport utility as .\dataimporttool\DataImport [options] in the Run process action of filter. I was earlier invoking java -Xms64m -Xmx512m com.bmc.arsys.apiext.data.DataImport [options] which didn't appeared to only work from command prompt, but not from filter. It doesn't execute. I can successfully execute the above dataimport utility directly from command prompt from any folder path including the folder path where arserver.exe is located. (Environment variables set as per BMC document.) I tried to put the dataimport utility into a Windows batch file. Again the batch file executes directly from command-prompt , but not from within run process action. Is there a special way of calling the java dataimport utility from filter?
