That's the version.  The rik files didn't install/uncompress with the 
executable bit on for whatever reason.  I set that and I'm golden.

I can't get my help installed for ITSM 7.6 on Linux with a specific TCP port 
(not using port mapper).  It will not successfully verify my user.  I have the 
feeling it's not using the port I specified, but is trying to use the port 
mapper (because I have run into installers broken like that before) but it's 
just a guess.  Even though I 100% know I'm entering the right admin login, no 
luck.  (yes, the system is up)  Has anyone done this successfully?
