Richard,

The search your workflow is currently performing is 'Full Name' LIKE "$Name%"
You want to change your search to 'Full Name' LIKE "%$Name%" in order to search
for anything containing that string.

Subject: Reminder search order...

**
When we use Reminders and enter a user name and press Enter, it does a default
search against the FullName field.
If it doesn't find a match for the string starting from the beginning of the
FullName field it errors out. So, if we search
for "Smith" and there is no name beginning with "Smith" - no match. What we'd
like to do is either show any
user names containing "Smith" (John Smithson, Bob Smith, Deb Hammersmith) or at
least a match on last name
(Bob Smith). Is there any way we can do this? Thanks!!
