Dear Listers, Is there a simple way to disable the SLM module from checking the SLM license? We have ITSM 7.0.3 Patch 9 (inlcuding SLM) installed and licensed in all our environments - dev, test and prod. We are attempting to the run the other ITSM applications without SLM module. We don't want to uninstall the SLM module, since this will require a lot of testing to validate the system.
Hence the need to use the ITSM suite without the SLM module being licensed in our test environment. Is there a way to do this without uninstalling SLM? Anyone done this before? Any help/guidance/pointers are welcome.
