We are using serletExe 5.0 ISAPI with midtier 6.3 patch 25. Our web service user is getting "ServletExec Max Concurrent Requests Exceeded" error. I goggled this error, it says when not registered, ServletExec supports a maximum of 3 concurrent requests. I noticed we don't have license key in ServletExec admin console, I installed servletExec along with Remedy midtier 6.3. The question is do I need a license key, if so, where I can get it? Through BMC? Or New Atlanta?
