See pg. 49 of the Administration Guide. You will be importing the old .xml files directly into tables in the ARSystem database; I have tested this once on a sample data system with the RKM content from the BSM Enablement data, and it worked properly for the most part. You won't be able to import and index Right Answers content if you subscribed to their HTML knowledgebases and indexed them in 7.5 or 7.2; Right Answers is supposed to release new content next year in .arx format that can be imported and indexed in 7.6.03.
Be forewarned: almost nothing in RKM 7.6.03 matches the features or mechanics of RKM 7.5 or earlier (except the name). It is also _very_ poorly documented from start to finish, and Carrie is just now starting to get up knowledgebase articles on BMC Supportweb to cover the gaps in documentation, differences in behavior, and myriad issues. I'm still trying to find the "Self-service search interface" described on pg. 13 of the Admin Guide; it isn't documented anywhere else, and I'm not sure it even exists. At this point we are not sure that we can even implement RKM 7.6.03 for production use since it seems to be missing so many of the components that we already have had in production for years on 7.2. Like RKM 7.5 comes with the RKM convert tool which converts HTML articles to XML formats.... Do we have any such kind of a tool which converts HTML files to XML in RKM 7.6.03?
