We're working on an integration with Kana and Remedy 7.5 - there's about a million different ways you can do that of course. Has anyone come up with a clever solution to scrape/send data back from Kana to an active ticket in Remedy WITHOUT using some sort of intermediate tool (web services, DDE, etc)? I was thinking of something like a DO Form + a view field containing an iFrame with a src of the the Kana browers + javascript in the iframe to scrape fields or something.
