Hi, You should be able to use the same login details. I assume you are getting ARERR623 or something like that when you use the web (midtier).
If you can login with the Remedy User Tool with the same login, then this means that your Midtier Service Password is incorrect and doesn't match. Go here http://<webserver>/arsys/shared/config/config.jsp Then click on AR Server Settings Check the server box and click edit In the admin password box, put the one that you used when you installed the AR Server. If you forgot then put any password here then change it at the AR server level on the AR System Administration Console.
