Hi All, Does having a 3rd party company host AR System and ITSM 7.6.3 really save money? This is the first implementation that I have seen a 3rd party host the application - and it has been a nightmare. Are other companies having good experience with hosting. I believe they said this was done to save money... it seems to be more costly.
