Shane, The Mid Tier makes a view as big as you have for fields in the view. This includes hidden fields..so the only way I have been able to find is to add everything to a page holder in multiple tabs and ensure that everything you have on the form is within the area you want displayed. The suggestion by another user will set the size of the screen, but will not eliminate the scroll bars.
