Just out of curiosity, what form is H692 related to?

Query your database to find out..

select name from arschema where schemaid = 692;

This error is an indication that the history table had more statuses than the C7 column of the T table, and when the new statuses were added, the H table gave a conflict..

Subject: 7.6.03 upgrade error FYI

Was banging my head on an upgrade test from ARS 7.5p7 to 7.6.03. The AR Service would hang on startup in the middle of the upgrade. I enabled debug in ar.cfg and looked in the SQL logs and found a commit transaction error because an ALTER TABLE command failed due to columns already existing.

The table was H692, and the columns were T5,U5,T10,U10,T20 and U20. I deleted these columns and then the service could start. I then reinstalled 7.6.03 and the entire installation completed without error. Hope that helps someone!
