We are seeing email icons, doclinks, lines, and odd embedded items being saved as attachments in our tickets. With the limit of 3 attachments per Work Info, in some cases, these embedded GIFs and JPGs are preventing the actual Word document from attaching. Does anyone know of a good solution on eliminating these embedded email objects from being processed as attachments?
