Hi All,
We are setting up a new ITSM system on AR Server 7.6.3.
First we installed Remedy AR Server 7.6.3 with mid tier component, and then we installed webSphere.
We deployed midtier.war as well, but WebSphere is not able to communicate with Remedy.
In Installation Guide, we found that we need to deploy "midtier_platform.war" but it's not available with AR System package for AIX platform.
Can anyone help me out here?
