Hi
Check for the filter which is build along with the SLA if it has milestone.
It starts with zSLAGen**** which runs on SLA: Measurement form and does a push 
field action of SLA: Rule Event Occurrence (which has info about the milestone- 
time and date when it will fire)

In the push filed action you will get SLA_Time Scheduled (which has the time 
value which is calculated after get the difference between Holiday and Workdays)
It look something like this $PROCESS$ Application-Bus-Time-Add $TIMESTAMP$ 7200 
1 "$BTHolidays_tmp$" "$BTWorkdays_tmp$"

You need to make changes in the above string.
Change the value which is set by default when you create or build the SLA to 
the keyword as shown in bold.

Tired to configure the business segment and attached to the SLA and build it 
but its working 24X7 not the working hours any idea, it was working fine and no
