You can get the position of the Carriage Return to a DisplayOnly integer field
using STRSTR
STRSTR($Large_Character$, LTRIM(RTRIM(" | "))) <- The vertical bar is
the return character
Then in if the position < 128 use the DisplayOnly temp value else use 128

That is one approach that I am considering but the result is not clan and would
be like this
How big is the Short Description filed on your system? 128 Characters?
Do a SET fields action into Short Description - Left( $Lar
What I want to get into the Short Description is this
How big is the Short Description filed on your system? 128 Characters?
Thanks
Mark
