We are looking at upgrading our Remedy (7.0.01), CMDB (2.0.1) and ITSM (7.0.03) all to 7.6.03. In the test environment, the upgrade runs for 30 hours, most of which is taken by the ITSM installation. I was wondering if anybody else managed to upgrade from 7.0/7.1 to 7.6.x in their environment and what approach they took especially around upgrading their live environment.
