Rebecca, I just went through this (SRM 2.2). My notes:
Per BMC: ------------------------------------- This was happening due to known Defect SW00349905. What we need to do is : -> Simply increase the size of the Mapping Formula field to 4000 chars. -> Also increase the size of the Form Name field on the SRM:MasterDataMappingList form. The list of forms in v2.2 is: SRD:QuestionTargetDataMappingDialog SRD:STAGE:MasterDataMappingList SRD:STAGE:SourceToTargetDataAssociations SRM:MasterDataMappingList SRM:SourceToTargetDataAssociations ------------------------------------- I haven't experienced any issues since doing what they said.
