Hello fellow listers, I had some questions regarding the flexibility of
updating the underlying data when changes to the product catalog occur.
The situation is that we have multiple sites across multiple operational
companies (multi tenancy off).  We are using ITSM 7.0 and occasionally
our product/service catalog can change due to changing support models of
our services.  While this is not a daily occurrence, when it does happen
it can take a bit of work to make those changes and then updating the
referenced data.  We were interested in being able to either create a
tool or define a process that will make it easier/faster to make the
changes to the product catalog entries as well as the associated data
(routing rules, product categorization on the CI's, etc.).  I was
interested in hearing what others have done, problems
encountered/overcome.
