hi, Can you catch the API logs by changing the value of the arsys.xml api logging = 1?
it should give you the complete set of parameters for all the API calls you do during the action. If you find any name field empty raise it with BMC then? if you dont know how to enable the arsys.xml api logging let me know I can help you with it.
