We are having an issue with the best practices view in IE8 and some IE7 that the fields, particularly in the customer information section, display "on top of each other". The two panels, the one with Company & Customer name & Incident Number and the one with Customer Phone, site, etc. both display at the same time, leading to a messy look and general confusion. Since it's not all IE7, I'm thinking it must be one of the internet options settings or something like that. Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas? It always happens for IE8 users, but only one IE7 user has seen it so far. [cid:[email protected]]
