Dwayne,
I haven't experienced that exact issue, but with something strange like
that I suppose you could try adjusting the field in Dev Studio: maybe
change the radio to display as one line, save it, then change it back to
9 lines and save it again. Maybe also try extending the field width a
little.
Sometimes that has helped me with minor display issues.

Only the circle of the first option appears. If you close the window and
re-open it a few times it eventually appears properly. This is a regular
database field on a regular database form. So far we’ve only seen this
happen on one machine (Win 7), but this form normally only gets opened
on that one machine. It happens in both WUT 7.1 and 7.5. So far we
haven’t seen it in Mid Tier, but haven’t tried it that often.
